At Rhodes, Trey was a Pi Sigma Alpha and Theta Alpha Kappa member, a Mortar Board member, and an officer for the Catholic Student Association. Professionally, Trey has years of legal assistant, paralegal, and test prep experience. Trey is currently a practice team assistant at Cooley LLP and has also worked as a legal assistant at Ellis, Li & McKinstry PLLC. Trey’s background also includes private tutoring with the Bowie Reading and Learning Center.
As a tutor, Trey loves the rewarding feeling of seeing students grasp new concepts and achieve their potential. He has a special appreciation for the LSAT because of its learnable nature, believing that much of an individual’s score is determined by the amount of high-quality studying they are willing to put in. His strengths include creating structured, step-by-step study plans, guiding students through hands-on practice, and fostering a friendly, encouraging learning environment.
Trey is passionate about showing students that the LSAT is not about gimmicks but consistent, focused effort. He is confident that every student is capable of achieving an excellent LSAT score, regardless of where they start their journey. He is committed to helping students secure scores that can open the door to substantial law school scholarships.
A fun fact about Trey is that he played on the men’s varsity soccer team at Rhodes College.
