The post must be made public using your real social media account. This video must be kept public for at least one year after submission.
Please share a link to your public video in your application form.
Please write a 250-word response answering the prompt: “How does your unique background/identity/experiences inform your future role as a legal professional?”
*Note: Our scholarship award selection team uses your essay to contextualize your application. These responses will not be shared with anyone outside our team. Please feel free to write authentically about your background, identity, and experiences. You can upload your essay response in the text box provided in the application form.

Juris Education is committed to transparency in how we select a scholarship winner. We will select winners based on this framework:
1. Your video and essay are equally weighted in our selection process. Your video is judged on the substance and quality of your responses. Essays are evaluated based on content, writing style, and flow.
2. We will consider how many likes, shares, and comments your video receives. The more social media platforms you share your video on, the higher your chance of winning!
3. We will select a Juris Education Legal Education Scholarship winner based on how compelling the video responses are, their plans to make an impact on the world around them, and the quality of their writing.
4. The winner will be announced on our scholarship page.
Juris Education offers the Legal Education Scholarship twice per year. Fall and spring application windows are as follows:

Juris Education Legal Education Scholarship winners work with either expert law school admissions counselors or LSAT tutors to boost their application profiles and maximize their chances of law school acceptance.
