Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of Georgia. She obtained her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, and her LLM in Taxation, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama. At the University of Georgia, she was one of the first Philip H. Alston, Jr. Distinguished Law Fellows, earning a full tuition plus scholarship.
Most recently, Lindsey practiced at a medium-sized law firm in Athens, Georgia, specializing in estate planning, business succession planning, taxation, and estate administration. She also has experience working as a summer associate at Morris, Manning & Martin in Atlanta, clerking for superior court judges, and grading essays for students studying for the bar exam—an experience she draws on to help students craft polished law school personal statements.
On her journey to law school, Lindsey encountered challenges obtaining accurate and encouraging advice. Now, she takes pride in being a positive and energizing force for students aspiring to pursue their unique goals as future law students. With invaluable insights and empathy to offer, she provides guidance that is both practical and motivational.
Lindsey's strength lies in her ability to connect with each student on a personal level, allowing her to help them identify and leverage their unique strengths. By doing so, she effectively minimizes the stress associated with the high-pressure law school application process, empowering students to navigate it with confidence and clarity.
In her free time, Lindsey loves being outdoors and spending time with her family. She also enjoys crafty hobbies such as making jewelry, embroidery, and knitting.
