Before law school, Kaci earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into the National Honor Society. In law school, she earned an 80% merit scholarship and held several leadership roles.
As Assistant Dean at Barry University School of Law, Kaci has a deep understanding of what law schools seek in candidates, having reviewed and supported countless applications with a keen eye for detail and strategy. At Barry, she advised students from orientation through graduation, helping them navigate the challenges of coursework, internships, and professional development. Her mentorship extended beyond the classroom, ensuring that students had the tools, confidence, and resilience to succeed in law school and beyond.
Kaci’s commitment to student success continued through the bar exam process, where she provided individualized guidance and encouragement to graduates preparing for one of the most demanding milestones in their legal careers. At Stetson University College of Law, she teaches Florida Bar Exam courses, advising students on substantive legal issues and collaborating with faculty to strengthen the curriculum. Across these roles, she has consistently supported students in bridging the gap between classroom learning and professional achievement.
