In addition to her tutoring background, Nithya brings a strong record of professional and advocacy experience. She has held internships with the National Women's Law Center, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the Shelby County District Attorney's Office, and the Women's Law Project. She also served as a legal intern in the Office of General Counsel at New York University. At the University of Pittsburgh, Nithya contributed as a staff columnist for The Pitt News.
Nithya's tutoring approach centers on building strong critical reasoning, reading, and test-taking skills through strategies tailored to each student's specific goals. As the Co-Founder and Director of STEM4FEM, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Nithya has led hundreds of STEM classes and workshops for young women over the past nine years, reaching 500+ participants across multiple chapters.
Nithya is passionate about making the LSAT feel approachable and achievable for every student she works with. She enjoys helping students develop the critical reasoning, reading, and test-taking skills needed to succeed on standardized exams. Her approach focuses on teaching students effective strategies based on their specific goals. Students she has tutored have been accepted to top law schools, including Cornell Law School, the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, and Emory University School of Law.
Outside of tutoring, Nithya enjoys baking, playing tennis, and hitting the pickleball court!
