Kaitlyn is passionate about research, teaching, and youth advocacy. Her research has been published in multiple journals. At the University of Minnesota, she serves as a research assistant and volunteers to teach legal topics at an adult education center. She has also served as a legal intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Kaitlyn loves learning and is always on the lookout for new things to discover. She is passionate about instilling that same love of learning in all the students she tutors. With a primarily Socratic teaching style, Kaitlyn emphasizes concept mastery, ensuring students fully understand and retain the material. Students she has tutored increase their LSAT scores by an average of 15 points, with some achieving scores as high as 175.
Considering her impressive LSAT score of 177, Kaitlyn excels at helping students conquer the LSAT. With extensive training in formal logic, she spends considerable time with students to ensure they understand how the material appears on the test. Kaitlyn’s expertise and personalized approach help her students grasp complex concepts, significantly improving their test-taking strategies and overall scores.
Outside of tutoring, Kaitlyn is very into theatre and costume design. She recently directed her first play.
