David's tutoring career began in high school, where he started helping peers with coursework and test preparation. Over the years, he has tutored across a wide range of subjects, including SAT English, AP History, and ELPAC exam preparation. Alongside his teaching work, David has been actively involved in local political campaigns, an experience that deepened his interest in law, policy, and civic engagement. Those interests now shape his focus on LSAT instruction and his own pursuit of a legal education.

David believes the LSAT is a learnable test. He begins each session with diagnosis, working to understand not just what a student is missing but why, whether the issue is a gap in content knowledge or a matter of pacing under timed conditions. From there, he builds personalized practice plans targeting specific weaknesses, then reviews the results to track what is working and what needs more attention. David is also an expert in test-day strategy, helping students walk into the exam with a clear plan and the confidence to execute under pressure.

What drives David most is helping a student build real, lasting confidence in their ability to succeed. Students has tutored have been accepted to multiple law schools, including Georgetown University Law Center, Washington University School of Law, University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, Boston University School of Law, and the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

David enjoys playing pool, playing chess, and frequenting his local arthouse theater. At a recent screening, he sat in front of Werner Herzog, his favorite director!
