He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the City University of New York and graduated with a JD from Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law. Additionally, he has served as a managing partner at several firms and trained over 100 associate attorneys throughout his career. Carlos has worked extensively in education and, ultimately, served as a judge presiding over both criminal and civil cases.
