Rae is a seasoned legal professional with a Bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and a JD from the University of California, Davis School of Law. In law school, she received a working award in Judicial Process and was involved in numerous journals. As a former attorney at Parker Taylor Law Group and Porter Scott, PC, she has expertise in trial preparation, negotiation, and litigation strategy.

While at Tenant Law Group, PC, Rae managed diverse cases, showcasing versatility by litigating against insurance companies, mediating on behalf of clients, and implementing innovative case management software. This proactive approach extends to Rae's volunteer work, including aiding clients in expungement at the American River College Expungement Record Clinic and promoting cultural sensitivity at the King Hall Name Change Clinic. With a commitment to alternative dispute resolution, Rae currently volunteers as a successful Mediator at the Sacramento Mediation Center.

Rae’s extensive legal journey encompasses roles as a legal intern at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, research assistant at the Intertribal Courts of Southern California, and summer associate at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP. Currently, she works as a hearing officer at the California Victim Compensation Board.
