Nina Lucibello

After graduating from Fordham, Nina started her career as an HR professional, honing her people-focused skills. Her commitment to mentoring and guiding individuals throughout their career journeys led her to the legal field, where she found her true calling. Currently, she is an associate general counsel for Lemonade, a global insurance company. 

Nina's passion for coaching stems from her personal experience with the law school application process. She understands the challenges that applicants face and is dedicated to providing the guidance and mentorship she wishes she had received. 

During her college years and beyond, she naturally took on a mentoring role, assisting peers who were younger than her and seeking guidance on their law school applications. Drawing from her own experiences and insights gained after successfully navigating the application journey herself, she aided peers in crafting compelling personal statements and supplemental essays that truly reflect their aspirations and strengths. Her coaching experiences have been incredibly rewarding, solidifying her passion for guiding others toward successful law school journeys.

Fun fact about Nina: she was a competitive gymnast growing up, which helped her develop the perseverance and discipline that have become defining features of her professional career.
