Nicola graduated with an honors BFA in musical theatre from New York University. She obtained her JD, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review. She has served as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Nicola has enjoyed coaching others through educational milestones for as long as she can remember. Her love of teaching and coaching grew particularly strong during law school when she was selected to volunteer as a third-year student tutor for struggling first-year students. Upon graduating second in her law school class, Nicola launched her career at a large national law firm, where she was selected to mentor and coach new associates in legal research and writing. Nicola has also mentored incoming federal law clerks while serving at the United States District Court and Court of Appeals.

Since leaving private practice to work entirely as a coach, Nicola has assisted students through the various stages of their educational journey, from preparing for their first application to passing the bar exam. As a coach, her strength lies in her ability to connect with each student on a personal level. Her approach is tailored to the individual needs of each student, helping them identify and leverage their unique strengths. She is also an accomplished writer, meticulous editor, and long-term planner. She uses these skills to ensure that every student's application adequately showcases their very best self.

Nicola is an avid adventure enthusiast, and in her free time, she can be found outdoors hiking, biking, skiing, or engaging in watersports. She brings this same enthusiasm and energy to her coaching sessions, making the process of navigating law school admissions an exciting journey for students.
