Nessma holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School. Nessma has extensive experience working with international law and human rights, facilitating prosecutions for serious international crimes, and providing legal services to refugees.

After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, Nessma served as a legal officer at the Syria Justice and Accountability Center. There, she facilitated prosecutions of serious international crimes committed in Syria before domestic courts in Europe. She was also a visiting professional in the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court for Judge Ibañez Carranza. She also provided legal services to refugees in Greece, on behalf of whom she later filed a communication to the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC. Currently, she serves as an attorney advisor for the Military Commissions Defense Organization.

Nessma is passionate about international law and human rights. Her experiences have instilled in her a fervor for justice, which she brings to her work as a coach. She is committed to helping applicants understand the ins and outs of the admissions process and ensuring they are well-prepared to meet any challenges that might arise. She takes pride in helping students navigate the complex admission process and presenting the best version of themselves to top-tier law schools. 

As a coach, Nessma excels at breaking down the application process into manageable steps. Nessma delivered her law school commencement speech and is the proud older sister of her brother, who also attended UMich Law. They were the only siblings enrolled at the same time.
