Lauryn earned her JD with a concentration in business and finance law from The George Washington Law School, where she was a board member of the Tax Law Society. She has extensive experience in legal research and writing, and tutoring. She was a teaching assistant at UCLA and has worked for notable institutions like The Washington Post, Shell, Norton Rose Fulbright, and the US House of Representatives.

Lauryn’s academic journey began at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with honors. Before law school, she pursued a Master of Science in law from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she delivered the convocation speech and authored a thesis on healthcare data privacy across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. She now serves as an Associate at King & Spalding.

As a bar exam tutor, Lauryn excels at helping students understand strategies for the MEE and the MPT. She is adept at building roadmaps for students to answer the MPT within the time constraints of the bar exam essays. Whether the student is a first-time or repeat test-taker, she knows how to break down the process into manageable steps to ensure students succeed. 

Lauryn's diverse interests and experiences reflect her dynamic approach to both her professional and personal lives, making her a well-rounded and insightful tutor. She is passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential and accomplish their goals.

In her free time, Lauryn enjoys yoga and swimming. She was also an avid rower and was a Division 1 athlete at UCLA, earning the PAC 12 Silver Medal!
