Joshua has a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. After achieving a near-perfect 179 on the LSAT, he pursued his JD from Harvard Law School. He is currently a research fellow at Harvard, focused on issues of religious freedom and government regulation. With eight years of tutoring experience, Joshua has helped students improve their LSAT scores by up to 23 points.

Joshua is a barred attorney in Washington, DC, and Massachusetts. Previously, he worked as a paralegal in Big Law and in compliance at a hedge fund before pivoting to work at a religious nonprofit. Throughout his years of tutoring experience, his favorite part of the process has always been witnessing the "aha" moment when challenging concepts suddenly become clear for students.

As a tutor, Joshua specializes in leveraging students' existing reasoning skills and expanding them into new territories. He achieves this through straightforward explanations and direct guidance, ensuring that students not only understand but can also articulate their answers confidently in their own words, a skill that proves invaluable beyond test day.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys reading fiction and nonfiction, collecting vintage records, leisurely playing sports, and traveling. He has traveled to half the US National Parks and three dozen UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
