Before pursuing her JD in health and philanthropic law at American University Washington College of Law, Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in public health from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Driven by her passion for helping others, she has fostered high-profile donor relationships and business partnerships, overseeing a portfolio of 2,321 donors.

For over eight years, Erin has been a distinguished leader in the nonprofit sector, where she has excelled in forging strategic partnerships, ensuring philanthropic compliance, and managing charitable campaigns. Erin is the Chief Executive Officer of Calloway & Co., where she supports nonprofit clients as a licensed fundraising counsel and solicitor. Most recently, she extended her commitment to service by founding The Summons, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, as the pro bono sister organization to Calloway & Co.

As a proponent of community outreach and stakeholder engagement, Erin has spearheaded numerous public health initiatives with local hospitals and agencies while managing a diverse portfolio of major and corporate donors. Erin encourages collaboration as a keen connector of people and mission-oriented trailblazing. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the American Health Law Association, the American Public Health Association, and the Pediatric Clinical Ethics Committee at Children’s National Hospital.

Combining her strong public health background with her law education, Erin is devoted to guiding students through the complex law school admissions process. She strives to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate this challenging journey with confidence and ease.

As a coach, Erin is adept at providing strategic direction and support to students on their journey to law school. She offers valuable insights into the admissions process, shares her corporate health and bioethics law expertise, and draws upon her non-profit leadership and organizational development experience. She excels at helping students craft stand-out personal statements, ensuring students' strengths and experiences resonate with admissions committees. Erin eagerly anticipates helping students realize their dreams of attending top-tier law schools.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Erin enjoys mentoring young professionals, hosting dinner parties, and traveling.
