Courtney Eir, a Law School Admissions Consultant at Juris Education

Courtney is an experienced tutor and Air Force veteran with over seven years of academic support experience across a wide range of disciplines and student backgrounds. They hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in biology from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude and with highest distinction, respectively. Courtney has tutored over 250 students over the course of their career.

In addition to their extensive tutoring experience, Courtney has held research and academic positions at institutions including Washington University in St. Louis and Arizona State University. Their work spans behavioral neuroscience, educational resource development, and organizational communication, with their Master’s thesis focusing on graduate-level education and curriculum design. They have authored multiple published guides, co-written a book chapter, and presented research in educational and scientific contexts. They are also a recipient of the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) and various merit-based scholarships. 

As an LSAT tutor, Courtney’s strengths include patience, adaptability, and highly individualized support strategies. They draw from a robust background in scientific research and education to help students break down complex concepts and hone strategic thinking. In addition to their role as Head of Research at Brennen Coaching LLC, Courtney built the company’s website from scratch. They are also trilingual and can speak English, Spanish, and French.
