Aiming for Stanford Law School?

Prior to law school, Bekah graduated summa cum laude with a BA in political science and a minor in business administration from Baylor University. During college, Bekah was a star advocate representing the university in regional and national undergraduate moot court competitions, wherein she was recognized as a Top 15 National Speaker multiple times. Following graduation, she took a gap year to gain meaningful experience, working as a fellow at a nonprofit economic organization, providing private academic tutoring, leading the praise team at her Spanish-speaking home church, and dedicating time to studying for the LSAT. 

At Stanford Law, Bekah was an active community member, serving on the boards of both the Stanford Latinx Law Student Association and the Stanford Law School Christian Fellowship. She also volunteered with the Naturalization Pro Bono Clinic and represented clients as a student attorney in the Religious Liberty Clinic. Bekah further demonstrated her commitment to legal scholarship as an Articles Editor for the Stanford Law & Policy Review. Following law school, she completed a clerkship at the U.S. District Court and later at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Then, Bekah moved to New York City to begin her legal career at an international law firm, where she worked on complex commercial litigation matters. She is a licensed member of the New York Bar, the New York Junior League, the Puerto Rican Bar Association, and the New York Guild of Catholic Lawyers.

As a coach, Bekah enjoys working with all students ready to navigate the law school admissions process. She approaches consulting with a thoughtful, empathetic lens and a strong commitment to student success. Bekah is personally invested in guiding each applicant toward their highest potential, tailoring her guidance to reflect their individual strengths and goals. With a focus on tailored strategy and consistent accountability, she ensures students receive both structure and encouragement throughout the application process. Her philosophy centers on creating a supportive environment where applicants feel confident, empowered, and never isolated during what can often be a very challenging time.

Bekah is fluent in English and Spanish. She is also a native of San Antonio, Texas (so she knows good Tex-Mex food!) and is now living her best life as a litigator in New York City, where she enjoys Broadway shows, the diverse foods, immersive street pop-ups, and visiting different boroughs.

At American University, Todd was awarded the AU Presidential Scholarship based on academic excellence. He was a member of the AU Honors and Early Identification Programs—the latter being an invite-only program for exceptional, high-performing students. Before attending law school, Todd worked in the tech sector in Washington, D.C. and New York City. 

At Harvard Law, Todd focused on international law and bankruptcy, later clerking and working abroad while continuing to consult and write about law school admissions trends. Todd accumulated 1,000 pro bono hours while studying at Harvard and received the Dean's Award for Community Leadership. He was also selected for multiple fellowships, including the Chayes Fellowship, Heyman Fellowship, and Public Service Venture Fund Fellowship.

Todd takes a holistic and strategic approach to each student’s journey, guiding applicants through every phase of the admissions process—from school selection and personal narrative development to final decision-making. He specializes in helping students think long-term about their legal careers and identify the right law school experience to match their goals.

Todd’s diverse background and experience working with applicants from a wide range of personal, academic, and professional circumstances enable him to offer highly personalized guidance. He is committed, empathetic, and tenacious in helping each student craft an application that reflects their unique strengths while navigating any obstacles along the way. His years of admissions coaching experience have also helped him gain key insights into what the most competitive law schools seek in applicants. 

Outside of consulting, Todd is an avid traveler who has visited 80 countries and 47 states. He enjoys hiking, cooking, exploring local art scenes, and volunteering with youth-focused organizations. He is also active in local legal associations and enjoys staying engaged with the broader legal and educational communities.

Jesse graduated magna cum laude from Emory with a Bachelor's in business administration with dual concentrations in information systems and operations management and marketing and Chinese language and literature. During college, he served as a pre-college admissions advisor and resident advisor through the Emory University Pre-College Program.

During law school, Jesse also acted as an admissions representative for the USC Gould School of Law Diversity Committee, in addition to his role as Co-President. His commitment to law and technology at USC led the Legal Technology Association to a third-place finish at the 2020 Los Angeles Global Legal Hackathon, where they pitched an idea for a mental health app for practicing attorneys and law firms. He was also a USC Merit Scholarship recipient.

In 2020, he published a novel titled "Underdog" about his law school experience, as well as the experiences of classmates, professors, law school deans, and startup founders within the USC Gould legal community. Jesse has a strong track record of supporting students in their writing processes, having tutored both undergraduate and graduate students across various subjects. Currently, Jessee works as an attorney at a mid-sized, New York-based defense firm, practicing in general liability and medical malpractice.

As an admissions coach, Jesse excels at providing comprehensive strategies for the admissions process. He helps students craft persuasive narratives, optimally structure their arguments, and leverage their unique qualities to make an impression on top-tier law schools. He is committed to helping students reach their goals and become part of the nation's elite legal community. Having faced and overcome the challenges of applying to law school himself, he understands the stress and pressure students experience and works diligently to give them the best chance of success.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jesse loves spicy foods and is a dedicated gym-goer. He enjoys exploring his new home in New York City and is always open to meeting prospective students for a cup of coffee.
