He has helped students gain admission to prestigious legal institutions, including Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Georgetown, USC, UCLA, and UC Berkeley. He remains committed to leveling the playing field in high education admissions by providing high-quality resources to students from all backgrounds.

Throughout his career as a lawyer, Daniel has cultivated expertise in high-stakes litigation, particularly in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He develops strategic approaches to challenge lifetime care costs and lost earnings while effectively contesting claimed injuries with medical experts. Daniel is involved in litigation and business law in all aspects of claims handling and litigation. His experience includes preparing cases for filing, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and participating in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

Daniel's professional experience extends beyond traditional legal practice. As a Policy Advisor for the US Congress Joint Economic Committee, he developed comprehensive reports and issue briefs that enabled Congressional Democrats and Republicans to effectively communicate complex economic topics.
