Prior to law school, Alice earned her Bachelor’s degree in French and marketing from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where she graduated summa cum laude. At Rutgers, she was a course instructor, learning assistant, and research assistant and was the recipient of the John Van der Poel Award for written French and the Marguerite Lentz Richards Prize in French. She has also been inducted into several honor societies, including the Matthew Leydt Society, Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Beta Kappa, and Phi Sigma Iota. Alice also worked as an English teaching assistant at a French high school, Lycee Jean Zay, in Aulnay-sous-Bois, funded by a Fulbright Grant.
Alice is passionate about making a difference in students' academic journeys. She finds immense satisfaction in helping students break down complex processes into manageable steps. She has worked extensively with students throughout her career, helping them improve their writing and verbal communication skills.
As a tutor, Alice is highly skilled at developing a realistic study plan with students to structure their LSAT prep. Her strength lies in her ability to focus on their individual needs, learning styles, strengths, and weaknesses and tailoring her approach accordingly. She also helps students balance their time effectively, aligning their study plans with their goals and objectives. Alice is thrilled to work with students and is committed to helping them reach their full potential.
When she’s not tutoring, Alice enjoys reading, baking, and hiking. Fluent in Romanian, French, and English, she is always keen to learn new phrases in any language. Alice's passion for learning, combined with her impressive academic background, makes her an invaluable asset to the Juris team.
