Prior to attending the Washington University School of Law, Jordan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio, majoring in history and minoring in politics and law. He also graduated summa cum laude with a BS in computer science from Southern New Hampshire University to become eligible for the Patent Bar.
