Jordan graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, where he majored in business. Following graduation, he worked as a management consultant. Jordan was accepted into several top-tier law schools, including the University of Virginia, Georgetown University, Duke University, and Northwestern University. He has interned at several film and production companies, including Marvel Studios, Miramax, and Lionsgate. Jordan spent a semester interning at a boutique firm in Beverly Hills that represents actors, writers, and directors in talent negotiations. During his 2L summer, he also interned at Proskauer Rose, a preeminent sports law powerhouse.
After graduating from UCLA Law and specializing in media, entertainment, technology, and sports, Jordan worked at Kirkland & Ellis in Los Angeles, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions in the entertainment space. He then transitioned to Sheppard Mullin, where he worked in their entertainment group, representing studios in contract negotiations with talent.
Jordan has a passion for helping candidates navigate the law school admissions process, especially when it comes to scholarship negotiations. He prides himself on providing candid feedback and helping candidates choose the right school for them. Monika spent her third year of law school at Harvard Law School, where she served as a student defense attorney for the Criminal Justice Institute. Her dedication to social justice earned her the Phoenix Fellowship at UC Berkeley and the Equal Justice Works Fellowship, where she led a two-year project defending the rights of immigrant youth in foster care.
While in law school, Monika served as a student teacher in the Street Law Clinic, where she taught high schoolers about constitutional rights. After graduating and working as an immigration defense lawyer for several years, she entered the field of legal education as a clinical professor at Seattle University School of Law, where she worked for 15 years. She has worked at SU School of Law as Associate Director of the Access to Justice Institute, Associate Director of the Externship Program, and as a clinical professor and attorney at the Immigrant Justice Clinic. Monika was twice nominated for the Outstanding Faculty Award by the graduating classes of 2019 and 2020.
Monika has published several law review articles focused on the intersections between immigration law and critical race theory. Her work has appeared in the California Law Review, the NYU Review of Law & Social Change, the Berkeley Journal of Gender, the Law & Justice, Michigan Journal of Race & the Law, the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law & Social Change, the Tulane Law Review, and the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
Monika is passionate about making legal education accessible to aspiring law students, aiming to shape a new generation of social justice-focused lawyers. With years of experience as both a practicing lawyer and a law school professional, she brings a deep understanding of the admissions process and the demands of law school. Monika has guided and mentored numerous students, helping them craft resumes and personal statements that reflect their values. She is a strong writer and believes that one's authentic voice shines the brightest. She balances providing potent critique while also being gentle in her approach.

In her spare time, Monika enjoys taking walks, designing her next fine line tattoo, listening to K-pop music, watching Bollywood movies, and cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Jesse graduated magna cum laude from Emory with a Bachelor's in business administration with dual concentrations in information systems and operations management and marketing and Chinese language and literature. During college, he served as a pre-college admissions advisor and resident advisor through the Emory University Pre-College Program.
During law school, Jesse also acted as an admissions representative for the USC Gould School of Law Diversity Committee, in addition to his role as Co-President. His commitment to law and technology at USC led the Legal Technology Association to a third-place finish at the 2020 Los Angeles Global Legal Hackathon, where they pitched an idea for a mental health app for practicing attorneys and law firms. He was also a USC Merit Scholarship recipient.
In 2020, he published a novel titled "Underdog" about his law school experience, as well as the experiences of classmates, professors, law school deans, and startup founders within the USC Gould legal community. Jesse has a strong track record of supporting students in their writing processes, having tutored both undergraduate and graduate students across various subjects. Currently, Jessee works as an attorney at a mid-sized, New York-based defense firm, practicing in general liability and medical malpractice.
As an admissions coach, Jesse excels at providing comprehensive strategies for the admissions process. He helps students craft persuasive narratives, optimally structure their arguments, and leverage their unique qualities to make an impression on top-tier law schools. He is committed to helping students reach their goals and become part of the nation's elite legal community. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jesse loves spicy foods and is a dedicated gym-goer. He enjoys exploring his new home in New York City and is always open to meeting prospective students for a cup of coffee.
