Prior to attending Georgetown University Law on a partial merit scholarship, Andrew graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a BA in political science and history. With several years of LSAT tutoring experience, he has a proven track record of helping students improve their scores by an average of 10 points.

At the University of Alabama, Andrew was the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. He wrote his senior thesis for his history major about the role of antitrust law in the mergers and acquisitions boom of the 1980s. While writing it, he began to develop an interest in antitrust law, which cemented his decision to apply to law school after graduation. Eventually, this thesis was chosen for publication in the Crimson Historical Review, the University of Alabama's undergraduate historical journal. He ultimately matriculated to Georgetown Law to avail himself of the school’s excellent connections in the antitrust sector of the legal industry.

Since becoming an LSAT tutor, Andrew has developed a proven process to increase scores through an accessible, common-sense method of tutoring. Andrew believes LSAT scores are improved not by memorizing complex acronyms or through punishing study schedules but by a gradual process of review and improvement. This approach allows students to internalize the skills needed to succeed without burning out.

Students Andrew tutors often report score gains of 10-15 points after only a month or two of tutoring, with especially substantial improvements in the Reading Comprehension section, which is his favorite section to teach. Andrew enjoys tutoring the LSAT because he believes it is a fascinating exam that tests real skills for law school. He is passionate about giving applicants the tools they need not only to succeed on the test but to also hit the ground running in their legal education journeys.

For fun, Andrew enjoys reading about social issues and history, playing basketball and baseball, strength training, and watching college football. He will often spend Saturdays in the fall cheering on the Crimson Tide. Andrew has also read 50 books a year the last three years and hopes to achieve a similar goal this year.
