Dr. Marie is a seasoned legal professional. After completing her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degree from San Francisco University, she earned her JD and LLM from Golden Gate University and her SJD from Harvard Law School. She has been practicing law for 16 years and currently serves as a professor at UC Davis and California State University.
